Cancellation Policy
A 24h notice is required for cancellation. If a 24h notice is not given, you will be responsible for a 50% non refundable fee before the next appointment can be scheduled.
If you have canceled your appointment twice, you will be responsible for a 50% non refundable deposit that will go towards your next appointment, along with the non refundable initial cancellation fee.
If you no show your appointment, I will charge you 100% of your appointment. You will also be required to put a 50% non refundable deposit down, in order to get back on my books. No shows will also be evaluated, and may be banned from booking again.
No kids, unless otherwise specified. No more than 1 guest at your appointment.
If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will have to reschedule you. If I decide to still take your appointment, we will have limited design options.
